SHIPPING
Hollieday studio offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.
All other orders will have the option of:
Standard shipping - $10 (Auspost 3-10 business days)
Express shipping - $15 (Auspost 1-5 business days)
*both options include tracking 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard international shipping - $20 (7-15 business days)
Due to customs, this may take longer in some regions, so please allow up to four weeks for delivery. 
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once your shipment reaches your country. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Hollieday is unable to advise how much these duties will cost as they vary in different countries, so please contact your local customs authority to get an estimate before you make a purchase. 

SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Hollieday studio aim to ship all product within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
All delivery timeframes are based on metro areas, so if you are regional please allow an additional 1-2 business days.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit. 
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as address and contact details are accurate.
In the instance you have given incorrect delivery details please contact us immediately at info@hollieday.com as Hollieday will not be responsible for this once your order has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE
We care about you, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any sale items, including promotional discount.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive your garment faulty this needs to be reported within a 7 day period, we are more than happy to offer a repair or replacement of the garment. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
*please note that to be eligible for exchange we require receipt of proof of purchase and the item must be in unused condition with original packaging. Without this we will not be able to proceed.
*Hollieday are not responsible for the cost of return postage
